  • Do the prices include postage and packaging?
Postage and packaging is charged at cost rate as an additional cost and this will be shown in the basket when you checkout. I am more than happy to deliver your purchase personally if you are in the local area - it's always nice to meet my customers face to face.
  • What are the mounting options?
The prints are presented on an antique white mount but the picture can be easily remounted to a different colour mount if you change your mind after delivery. The mount sizes I use are 16" x 12" for an A4 print and 20" x 16" for an A3 print and these will fit a wide range of readily available frames.
  • What will my print look like?
Devices such as computer monitors, tablets and phones all produce slightly different colours and differing levels of saturation, vibrance and brightness. Therefore, the print may not look exactly the same as you see on your screen, especially if your screen is not colour calibrated. I calibrate my high quality computer monitor to the widely acknowledged sRGB colour space regularly to ensure the colours are accurate when the product is printed. The images on my website are of reduced resolution (quality) to the original image to reduce the file size. This is done to speed up the loading of the images and improve the website user experience. The print will be produced from the original, higher resolution image that will show a lot more fine detail. I aim to produce a pleasing, colour balanced product which is as close to the original as possible but I cannot guarantee an exact colour match with your screen or between different product types.
  • What size prints can I buy?
A4 or A3 sized prints can be purchased via the online shop. Other print sizes and canvases can also be accommodated - please feel free to contact me to discuss your specific requirements.
  • How long will it take to receive my purchase?
I aim to have your purchase delivered to you within 5 working days but I will let you know if there is likely to be a slight delay.
  • What printer and paper do you use?
I use a Canon Pro-100s professional printer with an 8-ink dye based system that produces long lasting photographs. The paper I use is Canon Pro Luster 260 g/m2, which offers outstanding colour reproduction, excellent fade resistance and produces black and white prints with even tonality.
